Run or Die... I mean Dye...

Oh dear! I got signed up for a 5k run in May! Eeek!
While I am thrilled, I am a little freaked out as well. Never have I done a run past a mile and a half, but a 5K!?

So I have decided to get my rear in gear and get more serious about workout plans. Getting yourself motivated is hard, even more so when its snowing constantly and COLD!

I am hoping that since I posted my goal to run my 5k that it will keep me in check. Its overwhelming to think that I could be walking/running a 5K in less than two months.I decided to use the C25K app so I hope it helps me during my workout. It would amazing if the weather would cooperate so I have the opportunity to run outside, treadmill running seems to complicated when I have to run in intervals. I just know that one day I am going to fall flat on my face while trying to get the intervals just right!
